FAQ

  • What is the status of my order?
    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
  • Can I change my order?
    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.   • Where do you ship?
    We currently only ship within the United-States. As we expand we hope to serve customers around the world.
  • How long does it take to ship?
    Once you've placed your order, please allow: 4-6 weeks for made to order garments/products 1 week for premade garments/products Standard Shipping time within the United States is typically 3-5 days.
  • How can I track my package?

  • What sizes do you offer?
    We currently offer sizes small to x-large in unisex sizing. For more in depth details and measurements please refer to product descriptions under each item. For any casualwear (hoodies, sweatpants, crewnecks etc) - sizes range from S-4XL (available sizing may vary depending on product) For size XS (handmade garments only)
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionnaly offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout. (We hope to expand our payment options in the near future... Afterpay)
  • Do you accept returns?
    We do NOT currently accept returns unless... there is evidence of product malfunction due to poor construction and/or design. If you are in the Boston, MA area please feel free to DM us on IG: @wilizkey and we are more than willing to fix/repair any issues with your garment. Shipping for returns and exchanges must be paid for by the customer, Willisky does not cover the price of shipping.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    We do not currently accept exchanges. All items are final sale, unless there is evidence of product malfuntion on the company's behalf. (All garments are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure best quality)
