Shipping Policy
Willisky ships using USPS Priority Mail Shipping (or the most affordable shipping).
During normal business operations, processing and shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days for premade items and up to 6 weeks for custom orders. Shipping charges may vary depending on the item. Shipping rates start at $4 per order. All shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE. We do not currently ship internationally.
Weekends/Holidays are not included in processing and shipping times. You should receive an email when your order has been shipped.
If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we will contact USPS to open an investigation regarding your package (ONLY IF IT IS LOST/STOLEN DURING TRANSIT). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
THANK YOU for shopping with Willisky Streetwear! We do NOT offer returns at this time, but we are working diligently to make it happen. You have 10 DAYS from the time of delivery arrival to process a return. To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused (unworn & unwashed) and all labels/tags & accessories must still be attached.

Once we have received your item, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your item and are evaluating your item. We will then evaluate your item to ensure that it is in proper condition, unworn, and meets our requirements for exchange. We will email you regarding the status of your exchange.
TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We encourage you to ship your returns using a trackable shipping service.
